Jenni is currently working on launching her own apparel shop, with Sprinkles the Frog as her mascot. Based off of a stuffed animal frog she made, Sprinkles quickly became popular! Jenni has combined her love of drawing and embroidery and has made Sprinkles into clothes and stickers! Follow @sprinklesthefrog on instagram to learn more.

Cooking competition winner

During her last week of undergrad, Jenni competed in a cooking competition on campus at Rider University and got to cook over 30 pounds of her famous family-style mac and cheese! Jenni and her friend Haley spent the evening serving her recipe to the students on campus, and she won the competition! Her recipe will now be on the menu at the Rider University Pub.
